1. Formulate your strategy
  2. Complete the Verax Strategic Profile which consolidates your strategy, uses key strategic information and converts this to an Organisational blueprint that spells out what needs to be done in your organisation and market place in order to achieve your strategic objectives
  3. Use appropriate Verax Diagnostic (Organisational, Team, Leadership, Project, H&S) to analyse current activity, produce a gap analysis with the Strategic profile and recommendations for change/development interventions.
  4. Implement recommendations as given in 3.
  5. After appropriate interval undertake Verax Diagnostic Re-measure to quantify change, measure progress, confirm successes, fine tune future interventions.
  6. Calculate Verax Financial ROI on your interventions , prove financial return and value for money
